Ingrédients :
- 250g of flour
- 100g of butter, cut into small pieces
- 100g of sugar
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
- A few strawberries
- Spread
- Strawberry and apricot jam
Preparation
Place the flour, butter, sugar, egg, and salt in a bowl.
Mix and form a smooth, homogeneous ball. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Flour a work surface, roll out the dough thinly, and cut out 40 circles with a cookie cutter. In half of them, cut out shapes in the center using heart, star, round, etc. cutters.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Let them cool, then put jam or spread on the whole cookies. Add the ones with cut-out shapes on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
