Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 20g melted butter
- 40g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50cl milk
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- Spreading paste
- Powdered sugar
- Peeled and chopped fruit (orange, kiwi, strawberry...)
Preparation
Place the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon, making a well in the center.
Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk with a fork and pour into the well.
Whisk vigorously.
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking, add the butter and salt and mix well.
Heat your oiled waffle iron, pour in a ladleful and cook for 5 minutes, repeating the operation until the mixture is used up.
Cut the waffles into heart shapes and decorate with spread, fruit and powdered sugar.
Serve your waffles with a cup of caramel-flavored coffee and a glass of chilled iced tea.
