Fruity ice cream
Preparation 20 min
Freeze for 12 heures

Ingrédients :

  • Infusion Saveurs Raspberry / Grapefruit *
  • Rooibos Mandarin / Orange Blossom *
  • Green tea Kiwi / Banana*
  • Edible flowers
  • 300ml water
  • 60g sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1 grapefruit
  • a few raspberries
  • Ice-cream mould
  • Popsicle sticks

Préparation

Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Brew half a teaspoon of your Le Comptoir de Mathilde tea for 2 to 3 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool completely (refer to the preparation instructions on the tea caddies).

In the meantime, rinse the fruit and edible flowers and cut the fruit into pieces.

Once your tea has cooled, pour it into a suitable mould, then arrange the fruit as you wish. For best results, we recommend that you match the fruit to the infused teas, for example pieces of kiwi and banana to accompany Kiwi Banana iced tea.

Insert ice cream sticks in the centre of each mould. Place the moulds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or even overnight.

Enjoy your delicious homemade tea ice creams with our delicacies!
