This blonde chocolate was discovered by accident following a forgotten white chocolate in a double boiler. Enough to make happy the chocolate lovers with its delicious caramelized taste!
Ingredients : 87,5% White chocolate with caramel (Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, 10,5% caramel powder with MILK fat (skimmed MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), sugar, anhydrous MILK fat, natural vanilla flavour), MILK sugar, whey powder (MILK), skimmed MILK powder, 1,75% caramelised sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, salt, natural vanilla flavour), 12,5% cereal coated with caramel-flavoured cocoa (caramel-flavoured MILK and white chocolate 84% (sugar, 29% cocoa butter, caramel powder (condensed whole MILK, sugar, glucose syrup, salt, acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate), whole MILK powder, WHEY powder, 1% cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavour), 5% salted crunchy cereals (WHEAT flour, sugar, salt, OAT flour, WHEAT malt flour, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, natural vanilla flavour), glucose syrup, sugar, coating agent: arabic gum, modified starch, vegetable fat (coconut)).
